Buyer Agreement
This Buyer Agreement is entered into between you (“Buyer”) and Ayda Cavuldar (Submit Parts Business), operating submitparts.com (“SubmitParts,” “Platform,” “we,” “us”).
By registering as a Buyer, you agree to the following terms:
Platform Role
SubmitParts operates strictly as a B2B request-for-quotation (RFQ) and digital membership platform.
We do NOT:
• Sell spare parts or physical products
• Act as a broker, agent, escrow, or intermediary in transactions
• Process, hold, or facilitate payments between Buyers and Suppliers
• Guarantee product availability, quality, or delivery
SubmitParts only enables Buyers to publish requests and receive responses from independent Suppliers.
No Product Sales by SubmitParts
All product-related negotiations, agreements, pricing, payments, shipping, warranties, and deliveries are conducted directly between Buyers and Suppliers outside of the SubmitParts platform.
SubmitParts is not a party to any product transaction.
Buyer Responsibilities
As a Buyer, you are solely responsible for:
- Verifying the legitimacy and reliability of Suppliers
• Confirming product specifications and quality
• Agreeing on payment terms directly with Suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
SubmitParts does not verify, inspect, or guarantee any products offered by Suppliers.
Fees & Membership
Submitting part requests may be free of charge.
If premium services or membership features are offered, any applicable fees will relate solely to digital platform access and services.
SubmitParts does not charge Buyers for product transactions and does not receive commissions from product sales.
Account & Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of Liability
SubmitParts shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, delays, or failures arising from interactions or transactions between Buyers and Suppliers.
All risks associated with product transactions are assumed solely by the parties involved.
Legal Compliance
Buyers must comply with all applicable commercial, tax, and import/export regulations.
Acknowledgment
By registering as a Buyer, you acknowledge that SubmitParts is a digital lead generation and membership platform only.
All responsibility for communications, negotiations, and transactions with Suppliers rests solely with you.
