BUYER AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 01 January 2026
This Buyer Agreement is entered into between you (“Buyer”, “You”, “User”) and Ayda Cavuldar (Submit Parts Business), operating submitparts.com (“SubmitParts”, “Platform”, “Website”, “Mobile Application”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By registering as a Buyer and using SubmitParts, you agree to be bound by this Buyer Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other applicable platform policies.
Platform Role
SubmitParts operates strictly as a B2B request-for-quotation (RFQ), lead generation, and membership-based platform.
SubmitParts does NOT:
• Sell spare parts or physical products
• Purchase products from Suppliers
• Act as a broker, intermediary, agent, distributor, or representative
• Hold or process payments between Buyers and Suppliers
• Provide escrow services
• Guarantee product quality, authenticity, availability, or delivery
• Participate in negotiations between users
SubmitParts only enables Buyers to publish RFQs and communicate with independent Suppliers.
No Product Sales by SubmitParts
All product-related transactions occur directly between Buyers and Suppliers.
SubmitParts is not a party to any transaction involving:
• Product purchases
• Payments
• Shipping
• Customs clearance
• Returns
• Warranties
• Product support
• Product inspections
Buyers assume full responsibility for evaluating and selecting Suppliers.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are solely responsible for:
• Verifying Supplier identity and credibility
• Confirming product specifications
• Confirming product compatibility
• Evaluating pricing and commercial terms
• Reviewing shipping arrangements
• Reviewing warranty terms
• Performing due diligence before making payments
SubmitParts strongly recommends that Buyers independently verify all information before entering into any agreement.
Supplier Information
Information displayed by Suppliers is provided solely by those Suppliers.
SubmitParts does not verify:
• Company registrations
• Product authenticity
• Inventory availability
• Product quality
• Supplier qualifications
• Financial stability
• Delivery capabilities
Any reliance on Supplier information is at the Buyer’s own risk.
Fees and Membership
Submitting RFQs may be offered free of charge.
Certain premium features or memberships may require payment.
Any fees paid to SubmitParts relate exclusively to digital platform access and services.
SubmitParts does not charge commissions on product transactions and does not receive any portion of payments exchanged between Buyers and Suppliers.
Prohibited Activities
Buyers may not:
• Submit fraudulent RFQs
• Use false company information
• Misrepresent purchasing intentions
• Send spam communications
• Harass Suppliers
• Attempt to bypass platform security
• Upload malicious software or files
• Violate applicable laws
SubmitParts may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
Communications
Buyers are responsible for all communications conducted with Suppliers through or outside the platform.
SubmitParts may monitor platform communications solely for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance purposes.
Mobile Application
Buyer accounts may access platform services through the SubmitParts Website and Mobile Application.
Features may vary depending on application version, device compatibility, and platform requirements.
Use of the Mobile Application remains subject to this Agreement.
Import, Export, and Regulatory Compliance
Buyers are solely responsible for:
• Import regulations
• Customs obligations
• Taxes and duties
• Product compliance requirements
• Local regulatory requirements
• Any permits or licenses required by law
SubmitParts does not provide legal, customs, tax, or regulatory advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmitParts shall not be liable for:
• Product defects
• Counterfeit products
• Supplier misconduct
• Delivery failures
• Shipping delays
• Customs issues
• Payment disputes
• Financial losses
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
Any liability of SubmitParts shall be limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for digital membership services during the preceding twelve (12) months.
Account Suspension and Termination
SubmitParts reserves the right to suspend or terminate Buyer accounts where:
• This Agreement is violated
• Fraud is suspected
• Abuse is reported
• Legal obligations require action
• Platform security is threatened
Termination may occur without prior notice where necessary.
Acknowledgment
By registering as a Buyer, you acknowledge and agree that:
• SubmitParts is a digital lead-generation and membership platform only.
• SubmitParts does not guarantee Suppliers, products, prices, or outcomes.
• SubmitParts is not responsible for any transaction between Buyers and Suppliers.
• All commercial decisions and transaction risks remain solely with the Buyer.
