This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service of SubmitParts, operated by Ayda Cavuldar (Submit Parts Business).

  1. Nature of Service

SubmitParts provides digital, subscription-based membership services for suppliers. By purchasing a membership plan, users gain access to platform features such as responding to Requests for Quotation (RFQs).

SubmitParts does not sell physical products and does not participate in transactions between buyers and suppliers.

  1. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all membership purchases are generally non-refundable once access to the platform has been granted.

  1. Exceptional Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical issues preventing access to the service
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

  1. Evaluation Process

Each request is carefully reviewed by our support team. SubmitParts reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.

We may request additional information or documentation to process your request.

  1. Abuse and Misuse

Refund requests may be denied in cases where:

• The service has been used (e.g., submitting offers, contacting buyers)
• There is evidence of misuse or abuse
• The request does not meet the criteria outlined above

  1. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
