Seller Agreement
This Seller Agreement is entered into between you (“Seller”) and Ayda Cavuldar (Submit Parts Business), operating submitparts.com (“SubmitParts,” “Platform,” “we,” “us”).
By registering as a Seller, you agree to the following terms:
Platform Role
SubmitParts operates strictly as a B2B request-for-quotation (RFQ) and membership-based platform.
We do NOT:
• Sell or purchase products
• Act as a broker, intermediary, or agent in transactions
• Process, hold, or facilitate payments between Buyers and Sellers
• Take commissions from product sales
SubmitParts only provides a digital platform that enables Sellers to receive and respond to Buyer requests.
Subscription Requirement
To access Buyer requests and submit offers, Sellers must maintain an active paid membership.
All payments made to SubmitParts are strictly for digital membership services and platform access.
Seller Responsibilities
As a Seller, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and legality of your product listings and offers
• Pricing, negotiation, and agreement terms
• Shipping, delivery, and fulfillment
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
SubmitParts does not verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any products or transactions.
Transactions
All transactions are conducted directly between Buyers and Sellers outside the platform.
SubmitParts is not involved in:
• Payment processing for goods
• Product delivery or logistics
• Warranty or after-sales services
Any disputes must be resolved directly between the parties.
Account & Conduct
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Avoid misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Legal Compliance
Sellers must comply with all applicable laws, including export/import regulations, tax obligations, and commercial requirements.
Acknowledgment
By registering as a Seller, you acknowledge that:
SubmitParts is a digital membership and lead generation platform only.
All responsibility for transactions, communication, and agreements with Buyers rests solely with you.
