By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Scope of Services
SubmitParts is a B2B digital platform designed to connect users seeking spare parts (“Buyers”) with suppliers (“Suppliers”) through a Request for Quotation (RFQ) system.
We provide a platform where users can publish requests and suppliers can respond to those requests.
IMPORTANT BUSINESS MODEL CLARIFICATION
SubmitParts operates strictly as a lead generation and membership-based platform.
We do NOT:
• Sell physical products
• Act as a broker, intermediary, or escrow service
• Process, hold, or facilitate payments between buyers and suppliers
• Take commissions from product transactions
All payments made on SubmitParts are exclusively for digital membership services that allow suppliers to access and respond to RFQs.
Any transactions related to products, including pricing, payment, shipping, and delivery, are conducted entirely outside of the SubmitParts platform and solely between users.
Eligibility
To use SubmitParts, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
You are responsible for ensuring that your information remains accurate and up to date.
Account Registration & Responsibility
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
You agree to:
- Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or unlawful activity.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in spam or unauthorized solicitation

We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
Transactions and Disputes
SubmitParts is not a party to any transaction between users.
- All transactions are conducted directly between Buyer and Supplier
• SubmitParts is not involved in payment processing for goods
• Users are solely responsible for verifying product details and counterparties
• Disputes must be resolved directly between users
SubmitParts shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from user interactions or transactions.
Fees & Payments
SubmitParts offers both free and paid services.
- Buyers can submit requests free of charge
• Suppliers may purchase membership plans to access RFQs
All payments on SubmitParts are strictly for digital membership services.
SubmitParts does NOT process or facilitate payments related to the sale of goods between users and does not act as a payment intermediary.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize payment processing through our payment service providers
Intellectual Property
All content on SubmitParts, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ayda Cavuldar (Submit Parts Business) or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The Website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubmitParts shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
